Each member of our staff is appreciated for his or her unique talents. Our professional staff members are evaluated and hired according to the quality of their work, for their communication skills in representing the firm and for their ability to think creatively and critically. The Lose management style is based on senior staff setting examples and providing leadership and training that incrementally empowers the staff member, promoting growth at individual paces.

The firm’s management is comprised of four owner/principals: Chris Camp, ASLA, president; Whit Alexander, ASLA, LEED AP, vice president; Lee Davidson, RLS, vice president; and Mike Wrye, P.E., CPESC, CPSWQ, LEED-AP, vice president. Supporting the senior management are the division directors in Recreational Planning, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Georgia Operations, and Administration. The divisions are then divided into teams that work together under a project manager.

Lose leaders are involved in the industry. Founder David O. Lose, FASLA and president Chris Camp, ASLA hold national offices in the National Recreation and Park Association; all staff members are encouraged to be involved in their discipline organizations.

Lose & Associates had a broad benefits package that offers excellent health and dental care through Aetna, a 401(k) retirement plan plus profit sharing, short- and long-term disability and employee life insurance. We keep abreast of software upgrades on a regular basis so that employees have the most effective tools, and we provide continuing education seminars for professional development.
